Jacob Chengwei Feng is currently a Ph.D. student in Theological Studies (minor in NT) and Instructor-in-training at Fuller Theological Seminary. His current research is focused on developing a Chinese theology with a case study on theosis/deification for the third millennium while engaging interfaith dialogues in the Chinese context in the global liberative discourse. He is interested in Systematic Theology, Theology and Science, New Testament studies, Chinese theology, public theology, theology and (Chinese) religions. Jacob was born and raised in China as an atheist. After graduating from Tsinghua, he came to the United States to pursue an advanced degree. He became a Christian through a campus ministry. He has been serving as a minister in Southern California, New Jersey, and Singapore. He, his wife, and daughter now reside in the suburb of Los Angeles.
